hi folks.....i guess i'll chime in here too....... you always hear big corporations and governments complaining that we have a shortage of trades persons, bla, bla, bla...so i ask, if there is such a shortage nation wide, then where is all the work?? many of the people in my trade have headed for alberta, while the rest of us who stayed put head for the E.I. line. apparently there are huge factories in the manufacturing sector (atlantic) that have to farm out work to other countries because they can't find the people.....funny, first i have heard of it, smells fishy, could it be that it is cheaper for them to get work done offshore and they are just covering their ass? i have come to the realization that unless one wants to go to alberta, one may as well put on a suit and work at a call center......ever see the movie the full monty?

as for bio diesel, i was watching a documentary on cbs about how willie nelson set up a refinery and markets bio diesel fuel under the name bio willie. they use cotton seeds for their oil, and it gives the farmers a second crop. there is a guy down here that runs his jetta diesel on canola oil with no problems. mike
