Yes that's right Mike,
Steve Stone’s non vented 11 cab C30 has a key ignition like the one in your C8.
The 12 and early 13 cab ignition switches are the old key switch with a chrome face pressed over the top, a small peg engages in the face of the old key lock so that when the toggle is turned it turns the key barrel.
