I would suggest posting the photo in a 6pdr. thread, as from MLU I have got the impression that these rims seem to be rather scarce. They would definitely be needed by someone trying to dress up an American 57mm M1A1 AT Gun as a British Gun, as this version was manufactured with combat wheel rims.
