44 10225

Does any of this make sense and how do i get the vehicles ARN
I don't have any decoder for that other than the 'War Office' Front End.

The way to find the ARN is extremely tortuous but can be done by visiting the War Memorial and going through 'AWM 126' which is the series of books with ARN, chassis and engine numbers. It is arranged in ARN order with no cross referencing but if you have patience you will find it.
