CCKW blitz cab

I have wrecked one of these hybrid trucks in the past , it had the CCKW running gear but had a C60X cab ( extended front grill ).
I assumed at the time it was easier to have the two steering positions ie forward and reverse for transport and crane operation by using the bigger blitz cab .

The picture shows the use of our field swing crane for loading the front axle on the trailer .
