The CMP gods have received their due on far too many occasions...I don't think I have had a complete set of stem ware for longer than a fortnight. BTW does Hillebrand Merlot come in a box?

Yes Boob more white s...t coming haven't found an icon appropriate enough for it....

cheers

Default day 4

Spent an hour bendin, grindin, cutin, bleedin an' burnin.....

Got the gas axe out and cut the curve for the spare tire on the 1/8' plate. Yes, a plasma cutter would be nice....have added it to my list for Santa. How many shopping days left? Finished cutting out the partition and it is ready to be installed. I figure at this rate I should be just about done by this time next week. By that time I should have the cargo box in the yard.

oh by the way, it's friggin snowin again

Mike ...
Up this way a gas axe is a chain saw...Oxy-acyetlene cutting gear is called "the RED Wrench"....
Of course there are no trees in Windsor so you are forgiven for not knowing..

I'll blame it on too much time on the deckplates....not too many trees at sea...my navalese occasionally slips into my vocabulary especially when it's out-pipes and I have the first dog. Might still have some time to borrow some dhoby dust after I finish my duff and get my wrench from the buggery box before watch.

Mike in Windsor.....oh ya did I mention it is still f......g snowing!!!

Default Day 5 ....looking like a box

Well I am just in from the garage. Still snowing....

I finshed making the final cuts to the bottom of the box and proceded to use the glue to put the bottom in the box. After it is set and dry I will do a few welds here and there. I placed the top on to get the correct distance between the two sides. It is not on there permanently yet. Tomorrow I will take the top off and insert the partition and the one inner brace. These will also be glued in with just a couple of welds afterwards. Then I will fabricate the lids and doors and the weird angle piece for the ends.

for now...
