Hi guys, I have a part that I don't recognize. It is #CTL 14304 , 1944 vintage.I think it may be a seat bracket? Any help on where it is located on the MKII carrier would be appreciated.http://s352.photobucket.com/albums/r...ps87afad35.jpg
Thanks for any help,Dave I may have messed up with photobucket.I loaded a pic of the bracket sitting on a chair.Hope this works! |

you missed the IMG tags on your link...here it is:
![]() I believe I have one of these kicking around the shed as well.....for some reason I think it has to do with the little fold down seat in the back but I can't be sure. |

For the life of me, I can't remember what the bracket is for? But it fits on the bulkhead behind the drivers seat. Ron

Mk2 carriers were later fitted with a seatbelt harness.... There was a square hole in the back of the drivers seat rest where the webbing straps came through

Hello Dave
I think it was a Sutton Harness that was fitted which is the same as those used in fighter aircraft. Thanks Stephen |

That would make a nice addition to have in my carrier......I don't think I'd want to wear it though. Ron

I have had a copy from Kevin and can vouch they are very good indeed and in my humble opinion a must for the would be carrier owner :-)
