Default Ferret Monument Moose Jaw

Hello all,

Can anyone shed any light as to when this Ferret became a monument and anything known specifically as to where it came from and any documented or witnessed history or provenance.

Obviously there is more to this than meets the eye, and I want to understand more about it but without asking leading questions that will result in flawed information.

The photos are kindly provided by Darcy Pennock by permission
