Since there is no "neutral finder" atop the transmission, you'll probably spend a lot of time jiggling the shifter in order to find neutral, because the range between first and neutral is so narrow that foot manipulation is too course.
That said, I have found a few "triumph" marked wrenches at the local milsurp scrapyard. They would have come out of Cdn service.
