The little angled rubber hose from the carb to aircleaner was hard to find for a while, but are now being made in repro. Ebay has them listed all the time.
Search ebay with searchwords triumph trw hose. Thanks again, guys - lots to dwell on.
We actually found the Vikes air filter in 3 different places around the garage...got 1 on the way to the dumpster....but not the rubber elbow or tool kit. f

I just received the elbow in the mail from the repro supplier, thanks Rob.
Here's the new problem... I'm preparing to change the fluids in the bike, and run across Brit Mil/Air Ministry specs for the lubricants. Do we have a handy conversion chart for such things as "Oil OMD 60"? and Jim - our paths will cross, or I will be around someday.

Messed about with the bike yesterday...had to swap out for the new set of points that came with the bike, but it seems as though there is some hope for this yet..
