Yes it's an Nice truck  ! Nothing writen on the door But the atlantik treaty is called OTAN in france an the truck is equiped with the OTAN lights and trailer spoket, OTAN begins in 1949 and standardize some equipements on the vehicles . The two headlights from the truck are marked "export" so I think the truck was built for the right side driving. many small thinks are différent on the truck like the ""dog house" the front doors ...
