C15a
The C15 and C8A were the only ones with them hanging down, the C15A was like all other models.

Brian, I have posted a couple of photos of a bumper I have and it's the same as yours. I have also posted a photo of the bumper Ian refers to and it was something I didn't know. Thanks Ian.
