My experience is that there should be one wooden butt holder block in each rear corner of the cab. This is mainly based on Chevrolets, but does include Fords.
General instructions on posting pictures are at http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19 The most common problem people seem to have is that they are trying to post photos that are too large.
