2 CFR's on my Ilitis
Like every other Iltis I have a data plate that has my CFR. 88113. But I know that there is another location on the frame that has a CFR, just behind the front passenger wheel of the frame. I went in search of this CFR 87355 and found it. I was surprised to see that this CFR is different than what I have on my data plate.
I am assuming that the frame was created in 1987 and the Ilitis it self was assembled in 1988. Hence the difference But just in case I'm wrong does anybody have the official reason for two different CFR's on 1 Iltis Thanks On a side note if anybody have any information on these two CFR's please let me know
